LoongCode(以下简称“本 App”)是一款移动端伴侣应用:它通过一条端到端加密的中转通道,远程连接并操作你自己电脑(PC)上运行的 AI 编码助手。
我们在设计上遵循“隐私优先、最小数据”原则。

1我们收集哪些信息
本 App 不要求注册账号,也不主动收集你的个人身份信息。具体而言:
- 我们不收集你的姓名、邮箱、电话号码、地理位置,或用于追踪的设备唯一标识。
- 我们不进行使用分析、行为埋点,也不收集崩溃日志——本 App 未集成任何第三方分析、广告或崩溃上报 SDK。
- 我们在自有服务器上不保存你的对话内容(见第 4 节,通信为端到端加密)。
2权限及其用途
本 App 仅在实现对应功能时,请求以下系统权限:
- 相机:仅用于扫描二维码以配对你的 PC。二维码在你的设备本地解析,本 App 不会拍照、不会上传、不会保存任何图像。
- 网络访问:用于连接中转服务器,与你已配对的 PC 进行端到端加密通信。
- 相册 / 存储(写入):仅当你主动点击保存对话中的某张图片时,将该图片写入你的系统相册。本 App 不会读取你相册里的其他内容。(Android 9 及以下需运行时存储权限;Android 10+ 通过系统相册接口写入,无需该权限。)
3本地存储在你设备上的数据
以下数据仅保存在你的设备本地,不会上传到我们的服务器:
- 界面偏好:如侧栏宽度、上次使用的任务配置等,用于改善使用体验。
- 配对与加密凭据:用于建立端到端加密连接的密钥/凭据。
卸载本 App 即会清除上述全部本地数据。
4数据如何传输(端到端加密)
本 App 与你已配对的 PC 之间的消息采用端到端加密。中间的中转服务器(Relay)仅作为加密数据的“盲”转发通道:
- 它在你的 App 与 PC 之间路由加密后的消息,无法读取或解密消息内容。
- 为保证可靠投递,它可能临时缓冲尚未送达的加密消息,送达后即丢弃。
- 中转服务器不会被用于分析、画像或广告。
5AI 处理发生在你自己的电脑上
本 App 本身不提供 AI 能力。真正的 AI 模型推理发生在你自己的 PC 上,由你在 PC 端自行配置的 AI 服务(例如 Anthropic Claude 等)处理。
你通过本 App 发送的指令与内容,经端到端加密中转后,由你的 PC 转交给你所配置的 AI 服务,受该服务自身的隐私政策与条款约束。我们既不控制、也无法访问这部分处理。
6数据共享
我们不会出售你的个人数据,也不会为营销目的与第三方共享。除上述“你自己 PC 上的 AI 服务”与“盲中转通道”这两者外,本 App 不向任何其他第三方发送你的数据。
7数据保留与删除
由于本 App 没有账号体系、且通信为端到端加密,我们在服务器侧不保存可识别到你的数据。你可以随时:
- 在 PC 端解除配对,断开本 App 与该 PC 的连接;
- 卸载本 App,以清除设备上的全部本地数据。
中转服务器仅临时缓冲未送达的加密消息,送达或超时后即清除。
8儿童隐私
本 App 不面向 13 周岁以下儿童,且不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
9本政策的变更
我们可能不时更新本隐私政策。任何更改将随 App 的新版本发布,并在本页面顶部更新“最后更新”日期。建议你定期查阅本页面。

LoongCode (the “App”) is a mobile companion app: it connects to and operates an AI coding assistant running on your own computer (PC), over an end-to-end encrypted relay channel.
It is built around a privacy-first, data-minimal philosophy.

1Information We Collect
The App does not require an account and does not actively collect your personal information. Specifically:
- We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, or any unique device identifier used for tracking.
- We do not run usage analytics or behavioral tracking, and we do not collect crash logs — the App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDK.
- We do not store your conversation content on our servers (see Section 4 — communication is end-to-end encrypted).
2Permissions and How They Are Used
The App requests the following system permissions, only to deliver the corresponding feature:
- Camera: used solely to scan a QR code to pair with your PC. The QR code is parsed locally on your device; the App does not take photos, upload, or store any image.
- Network access: used to connect to the relay server for end-to-end encrypted communication with your paired PC.
- Photos / Storage (write): used only when you actively tap to save an image from a conversation into your system photo library. The App does not read other content in your photo library. (Android 9 and below require a runtime storage permission; Android 10+ writes via the system photo store and needs no such permission.)
3Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The following data is stored only locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers:
- UI preferences, such as sidebar width and your last-used task configuration, to improve your experience.
- Pairing and encryption credentials, i.e. the keys used to establish the end-to-end encrypted connection.
Uninstalling the App removes all of this local data.
4How Data Is Transmitted (End-to-End Encryption)
Messages between the App and your paired PC are end-to-end encrypted. The intermediary relay server acts only as a “blind” forwarding channel for encrypted data:
- It routes encrypted messages between your App and your PC and cannot read or decrypt their content.
- To ensure reliable delivery, it may temporarily buffer undelivered encrypted messages, discarding them once delivered.
- The relay is not used for analytics, profiling, or advertising.
5AI Processing Happens on Your Own Computer
The App itself provides no AI capability. The actual AI model inference happens on your own PC, handled by the AI service you configure there (for example, Anthropic Claude).
Instructions and content you send through the App are end-to-end encrypted, relayed, and then handed by your PC to the AI service you configured, subject to that service’s own privacy policy and terms. We neither control nor have access to that processing.
6Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. Other than the “AI service on your own PC” and the “blind relay channel” described above, the App does not send your data to any other third party.
7Data Retention and Deletion
Because the App has no account system and communication is end-to-end encrypted, we keep no server-side data that identifies you. You can at any time:
- Unpair on the PC side to disconnect the App from that PC; and
- Uninstall the App to erase all local data on your device.
The relay server only temporarily buffers undelivered encrypted messages, clearing them after delivery or timeout.
8Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes ship with a new version of the App, and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Please review this page periodically.
